I will be starting a summer bbq series introducing different foods to grill. Summer is finally here and I can’t wait to bring the bbq out. I like to bbq with charcoals because of the taste and I’m old school. It takes a bit more time to bbq with charcoals but its all worth it! I have been using the Weber One-Touch Silver 18.5 Charcoal Grill for my bbqs and I just love it. I had mine for 10 years and its still like brand new. They are built to last. Weber make excellent bbqs.
One of my favourite meats to bbq is Korean short ribs. The short ribs comes marinated in a package. Usually I buy the short ribs on the same day as the bbq. I purchase my Korean short ribs from Han Kook Meat (Korean meat shop).
