Roasted pig is made by roasting the entire pig with seasoning in a charcoal furnace at high temperature. Roasted pigs have crisp skin and juicy and tender meat. This roasted pig is from Kam Wah Meat in Vancouver Chinatown. The quality of roast pig are comparable from the meat stores in Vancouver Chinatown. We particular choose Kam Wah because we are a repeat customer, good quality, they gave us a special price and we didn’t have to put a deposit for the red tray. The red tray is a red wooden serving tray. The roasted pig was 27 lbs and cost $150.
